Vintage games can obviously be 4 decades old, unless stated specifically, all games are pre-owned (sometimes by many owners), and discolouration of the manual, or a dog-eared page or a scratch or two are to be expected- please always check the photos, they are always in good light, are high definition, and are pretty. We respond promptly to all questions, but we are only human (well most of us are-'Dave the biter' mentioned above, is only about say, 20% Human) All items are 100% checked and tested prior to sending, Will be packaged well and fully insured (to protect us both) but please be patient with any damages due to mistreatment by postal carriers or couriers that can sometimes happen (and obviously are out of our control) but we ALWAYS open a claim for damage and compensate accordingly (please check our feedback), and we ALWAYS prosecute fraud and report to the Police should anyone be stupid enough to try it.

Though these damages are extremely rare and terribly upsetting, they do happen, and are not done to annoy you, personally attack you, or ruin little Johnny's Birthday. Some marks to packaging/item are present from storage. Some marks due to general use. Most'budget' couriers are clamping down on the carriage of a lot of types of items including electronics (Laptops/Tablets/phones and musical instruments included) so some carriage will be surprisingly high- this is always accurate- and sometimes will be the only way to send something (thanks Hermes) as of December 2020 Parcelforce will be the only courier to carry (and fully insure) laptops and many other items.
